Walking Within awe walks are recorded and designed to be used as a moving meditation practice, or as a still, mindfulness meditation at home.
Each awe walk has a theme which gently shapes the other practices included in the walk.
With repetition, awe will become one of your supporting habits. You will find that you connect to awe more and more spontaneously!
The other practices include a wide range of techniques that help you to create a sense of peace, calm, space, presence or ease in your body, mind & spirit.
Add these to your daily toolkit! Every practice is purposely simple, accessible and able to be done in seconds or minutes. (You don't need a lot of time to make a difference to how you move, think & feel!)

How your walks unfold...
At the beginning of each walk recording, Denise shares a short introduction to awe and every new theme.
Your walk then unfolds in segments. Each part guides you with a focus prompt or a mini-practice.
You are then invited to press pause while you walk and work with this prompt. Once you feel complete, you press play to continue on to the next segment.
The beauty of this structure is that there is no rush. You take the time that YOU need. Or the time that you have. Some clients love to get lost in a particular segment. Others love that, long or short, they can have a transformational walk experience that powerfully sets them up for the rest of the day.
Your experience is always unique to you (and often unique based on the day and your emotional landscape). As you move through the carefully curated selection of prompts & practices, you will deepen your connection, relaxation & experience of awe, wonder and peace.
Each Walking Within experience has between 5-10 different segments which vary depending on the theme.

Walking Within Awe Walks are available for purchase singly or in bundles of 3 or 6 by the season.
Single walk recordings are £25.
A season of walks is £69.

How long are the walks?
How long are the walks?
You can use these recordings on walks/meditation practices of 30 - 60 minutes or more! Timing depends on your walking speed and how long you spend on each segment. The goal is not to stick to a schedule but to dive deep into your experience of AWE. Once you are familiar with a particular walk practice, you might choose to listen only to one or two segments...particularly if you are short on time and still want to have a powerful walk experience.
How are the walks structured?
Each walk is recorded in segments. At the beginning, Denise shares some information on the transformative power of Awe and the theme. In each segment, you will receive prompts, guidance & information. You will be asked to press pause to work with each segment and play when you are ready to move on to the next.
What if I can't get out & walk?
You can also use this recording to enjoy a guided mindfulness practice experience from the comfort of your own home. Your imagination is a powerful tool. Within the creative space of your mind, you are unlimited. If you can't get outside in nature, imagine that you are doing so. Imagine that you are walking. Feel the sensations, emotions & experience as if you were actually doing so. These mental images will trigger your muscles...as if you were actually exercising.
Is there a time limit or expiration date?
No, you have lifetime access to these recordings.
